Meet Birthe – Your Organisational Culture Expert

Birthe Mester is a board advisor, consultant and former diplomat. She is a facilitator and mentor, accredited coach and mediator, and conference speaker.

With over 30 years of global, cross-sector experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, she has led large-scale cultural and behavioural change programmes tied to strategy, risk, and performance.

Her career spans public services, consulting and corporate experience, giving her a unique blend of experience and perspective on how culture drives outcomes in high-pressure environments and unlock sustainable performance.
